Chilako Meats is a locally owned and operated Specialty Butchering Shop, and Retail Store.   We do everything from Wild / Domestic Meat Processing, and Fish Processing to Custom Sausage and Jerky making.  

 

Tim, Jenn, Talen & Davyn Saunders are the owners and operators of Chillo Creek Ranch 2017 and Chilako Meats 2023, two complementary businesses built on a shared commitment to quality food production, community support, and rural self-sufficiency in Northern British Columbia.

 

We are passionate advocates for local agriculture, food security, and rural entrepreneurship. We actively promote local businesses, support community initiatives, and believe that strong local food systems are essential to the long-term success of Northern communities.
